Well, it’s technically not a margarita – but this margarita recipe does call upon some of our favourite ingredients that also go into a margarita – like Tequila and Cointreau. We’re just spcing things up a bit! From our good friends at Tommy Bahama, we present the Ay Caramba…

This recipe calls for Sauza and Cointreau – but as with any cocktail, feel free to use your favourite brands.

Tommy Bahama’s Ay Caramba

  • 2 parts Sauza Conmemorativo
  • 1 part Cointreau
  • 2 parts sour mix
  • 1 slice each red and green jalapeño
  • 10 leaves cilantro
  • 1/2 lime

Muddle jalapeño and cilantro in lime juice. Add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice. Pour into a glass with a salted rim.
